I just setup my STVR in August and it's going well with a combo of the tech mentioned in this thread - just 2 things to consider from my experience:1) I got a 55' 4K smart TV from Walmart w/delivery for $350 this summer, it came with something called "LG Channels" which is about 150 free channels just like cable.

I'm thinking of adding minisplits as it seems the most convenient option, what is your experience with the self-installing kits available on Walmart/Amazon?

First go to walmart and get clear plastic storage boxes. anything that can go in the dryer, should be be dried on high heat for 20-40 minutes.

I have a question related to one of the 2 investment properties left in our portfolio....here are what I would consider the relevant background details:- We are a family of 6 (me-46, husband-55, 4 tween/young teens) and we lost everything in 2008-10 including all we had for our retirement plans- We currently own 2 4-plexes; 13 yrs left on mortgages; very minimal cash flow now, but no out of pocket expenses either - Our plan has been to keep those 2 4-plexes knowing than when mortgages are paid off, the cash flow will at least keep us out of working at Walmart as senior citizens!

That is not really close to Midland or Odessa, though Seminole does have a Walmart, which is a positive indicator for me.

They are the number four employer in New Mexico behind federal and state Govs and Walmart.  

Not sure why that deal went through.That area is kinda weird--it's a street of four plexes that you enter by driving through what looks like the alley behind a walmart. 

Liquid chlorine is @ 12% Sodium Hypochlorite and the bleach you can get at Walmart for $2 a gallon is 8.25%.

It offers ACH, Bank cards, cash payment at Walmart etc
