The lenders that pop up in the "mortgage broker search engine" for reno loans are the same ones who, 3 months ago, were spamming me for my brokered <600 FICO FHA business -- the bottom feeders with juiced up profit margins.The service and rate leaders cut them off to focus on their core business, which makes sense.Keep the earnest money small, and the close of escrow long.

Any time you are looking to go to mass texts from a program instead of using text messages appropriately and respectfully, you are looking to spam people.

Vegas is driven by CROWDS, and people will not be jumping back to big crowded environments so quickly and I can't picture people at nightclubs and pool parties flirting with masks on LOL Gambling is driven by excess capital, it's hard to say how that will be effected here but with many locals out of work the casinos will be reliant on tourism which I think is going to be a while recovering.
