If you connect with Vestus in foreclosure group in Pierce and build a relationship with Kevin, Warren or Eugene then you get to take advantage of the occasional home run that slips by everyone else and get consistent data for the rest of the deals.

I would love to retain occasional use of the condo so wondering if a fractional ownership makes sense.

Not to sound disrespectful but even a blind squirrel will occasional find a nut.I ought to know because I've been both the squirrel and the nut.There is no perfect system, campaign or single message that leads to profits. 

The consulting fee is usually paid upfront before you spend anytime on the transaction instead of at closing.Years ago occasionally I would do consulting when a buyer contacted me mid deal already under contract.

I occasionally will buy a property to flip as well.
