I see so much opportunity out now in terms of inexpensive lots, I was just out to see one in Northern IL that looks promising in a B+ area.

(Driver's licenses in the state she put down expire in 5 years and she came in driving a car, so she either has been driving with an expired license for at least 8 years, it's a fake driver's license, or she hasn't really lived there for 14 years).

I read how easy it is for scam artist to file fake papers with the county court clerk in order to foreclosure on properties.

I have been in Real Estate for over 3 years now, and even though I find myself to be experienced and know the difference between a real buyer and a fake one, I still get it wrong from time to time.

I would then get a inspection of the foundation and house but then I'm 1k in the hole without any promise of purchase beforehand.
