This lack of development in the immediate area around the University as well as the surrounding County as a whole coincided with a large increase in student enrollment over the last 3-4 years.

It also shows brokerages that you are serious about getting into the industry if you’re enrolled in the course.

I've enrolled in @meetKevin course online (he is a youtuber- I do recommend his videos!).

I am hoping to put together a short survey for them to fill out asking things like:Are you currently enrolled in the university? 

I just enrolled the RE agent licensure.  

You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.

The university is also experiencing a decline in enrollment. 

What you are asking is a tax question that a CPA or Enrolled Agent could be more definitive about.
