One was a single woman who was a Music Therapist at the same hospital I worked at; she owned some expensive instruments and frequently left on weekends to attend different festivals; would some take (but not all) of these instruments.I told her fine; she paid for the installation; it was done professionally and she gave me the code in the event that I had to enter for a repair when she wasn't home.Ironically there's never been an issue of any break in in any of the houses where these tenants have put in security systems.They often do forget to shut these off but it's fairly easy to disconnect them after move out.Gail

Thought we might have got disconnected so i tried calling back 3-4 times spacing the calls out about an hour apart just in case he was busy, but its clear is ignoring the calls.Is this a common thing in wholesaling?

The connections were made with the box out of the wall and then the box was fastened back in the spot it came from. the old wires were all disconnected and ripped out or abandoned in the wall.

Also, most of the time there is a huge disconnect between the contractors and the insurance adjusters.

The phone numbers found during skip trace were disconnected.

My guess is she's never lived in a place with gas and didn't think to connect them and now she's simply mad that they were disconnected. 

Will you have insurance for your business and workers comp for your workers, or just winging it with a Craig's list ad.Are you talking a cash side gig for yourself, or W2 workers and billing for service.Will you do any demo, such as disconnect a furnace, or water heater, or remove cabinets from the walls before hauling off.Will you remove debris and unwanted things and leave the room "Broom Clean" or will you just walk it out.Will you haul outdoor demo, such as mature bushes, tree limbs, etc...and will you also remove them from the ground or tree.Good Luck!
