He’s wondering if he should rent it out but he did purchase the home and live in for months and has an fha loan.

so those owners are pretty comfortable - no mortgage payment - and they don't need to sell, and they don't care where an investor "needs" the price to be to make money. 

I already have a few questions on my list and I was wondering if any investors have any interesting questions or strategies of how they may find a great agent.
