I am a new investor looking for opportunities to invest in real estate, especially wholesaling, rental properties, and fix and flip.

I have a background in wholesaling and flipping from my days working for a HomeVestors franchise in Philadelphia (2007-2011). 

Doesn't have the sex appeal of wholesaling, I guess.

It might be best to consider wholesaling it and letting someone else finish the project, break even and move on.

However, I have not found much on the subject relating to wholesaling. 

I've used both in the last two, almost three years, of wholesaling real estate.

Do those have any appeal for you, or do you like/prefer wholesaling?
