Put in a brick walkway.  

Due to the age of some rentals, other items to consider is concrete driveways / walkways, septic and sewer (if property is on well/septic), landscaping, entry doors / screen doors (my tenants like to ding them up moving stuff in/out, so replacement is about every 5 years or so.

If the driveways and walkways are not shoveled out.

I need somebody that does great, economical hardscape (build deck, walkways) and softscape (hillside landscaping).  

I just told the PM that notwithstanding that the dish obviously had to be placed for signal, I didn't want it in the front yard and when placed in the back yard it needed to not be obstructive to the walk way or in the middle of the yard.

You can buy random stone molds for concrete and paver sand to redo the walk way.  

The jobs we need done are mostly driveways, walkways and patios.

That cement path that wraps around the prop and the walk way toward the door... if you have enough, perhaps brick those.
