Generally buy and hold but if you want to maximize the IRR and you happen to have the resources (time and people), you can flip or trade up some of them and speed up the velocity of money.

I have only taken Scott’s so I cannot comment on others but his training has been instrumental in my development where I have bought 60+ notes in past 18 months that's some good Velocity Chris.. !!!!

Make sure you learn and use it appropriately.There is some discussion about "velocity banking" where you use the heloc to pay your mortgage and it returns a slight advantage.

Or at least cutting it down till the prinicpal portion of the payment is substantially larger than the interest portion.This is a topic often discussed on BP - search for "Velocity banking" or "pay early" to see more opinions.
