I'm ready to again take the next step and continue building my network.If anyone has recommendations for local real estate agents, tips for identifying promising short-term rental properties, or advice on securing financing as a investor, I'd greatly appreciate your input!

Keep in open mind, take care of your tenants and solve one problem at a time - those are the few tips I can give you as you are getting started.

Also, a tip for Detroit investing: understand that Detroit is very much a block-by-block city when looking at a good vs bad investment.

Whether that's through house hacking or just another set of units I hold, I plan to purchase again this year. if there are tips on how to build a trusted network of people on here, I would welcome that.
