Not going to sugar coat it.

Experience is suppose to be a supplement to your screening process it is not suppose to be the only screening process.  

It is amazing to have a place to supplement that space so you aren’t so hard pressed to get another property when the numbers aren’t right. 

The auction I attended was for Gwinnett County in Georgia, which includes Auburn, Lawrenceville, Berkeley Lake, Buford, Dacula, Duluth, Grayson, Lilburn, Loganville, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Snellville, Sugar Hill, and Suwanee.

I gestured, and said come on let me improve your day a little bit and get you some coffee, and maybe something a little sweet to raise your blood sugar to help you will feel better.

Also buying on the Pacific coast highway and having to supplement another $3000 a month in mortgage payments for the sake of appreciation is also not worth it. 

I know experience is the most important but I'd like to supplement it with self education.

As it was mentioned before, Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land are more family oriented and probably better suited to rent it as a whole house.

I'd love to have some lakefront property there but want to supplement the mortgage with some rental income.
