We will NEVER accept a request without previous 5-star reviews again. 

Now their rates have increased. 5 Stars on Google doesn't mean much, definitely avoid Pioneer Property Management at all costs. 

Maybe this is a Milwaukee thing, but we have a lot who are either not good, cringeworthy to listen or outright dangerous, many of them with 5 star reviews on Google, which is a mystery to me

That way hopefully worse case we hit a single or double and still do well.The syndicators using debt with the timing of the cycles and the stars to pull anywhere close to initial projections on the raise play a game of musical chairs where risk to loss is high.Keep integrity.

I have also experienced owners give cleaners a bonus for every certain amount of 5 stars they get in the cleaning category!
