let them know you want their official answer for posts and information is posted on social media and the newspapers before you post anything so they have a chance to review it. 

A crime in a low crime area may be media worthy but the same crime in a high crime area may be just another day.in my neighborhood (poway), kids playing doorbell ditch or riding 3 on an electric bike warrants posting on social media and dozens of comments (no exaggeration).  

No social or credit pull needed upfront. 

Most of these gurus haven't really invested in years, or they pay someone else to do it while they specialize in being a social media influencer and motivational speaker, so I share that frustration.

For the past two years, my primary income has been my Social Security, and my home is fully paid off.

I'm a rookie in whole selling , I only have the knowledge that social media has and I think I understand how it works but have no idea of where to start or how its pretty frustrating not being able to provide for my family the way I want to and I could really use some advice or maybe tutoring in this subject, I just turned 20 and I want to have a good life in this economy I could really use any advice thank you so much.
