If we have multi unit apartments we put a key box in the unit so they are on site for emergencies.

After this point you can typically move elsewhere and put your old primary residence to work as a dedicated rental property.

Examples could include but are not limited to installing new/ improving driveways, clearing overgrown trails/ build sites, demolishing abandoned buildings, property cleanup, extending or having utilities pre-approved, etc.

Hi,I have been looking at some of the resources for inspecting properties and estimating costs on this site, and the ones I have seen are detailed spreadsheets and multi-page checklists.

The only exception is for on-site managers, like you'd find living in one unit of an apartment building and managing the building on behalf of the owner.

It's actually in my opinion, easier to use than the desktop site because its more simplified.

Real estate can be a fantastic career if you dedicate the time and effort to learn thoroughly.

I've found this site a little intimidating if I'm being honest due to the interface.
