Does anyone invest here?

I'm currently with an investment brokerage but my end goal is to be an investor and feel the big shoes my parents are leaving me with!

I started with single-family homes and then moved on to condos, typically holding onto properties longer than I probably should.

@Gil CanfuBased on my experience working with over 400 investors, investing in a single-family home in Dallas with a $300K budget is a smart move due to the area's strong rental demand and appreciation potential.

But I think any experienced investor would agree that if you aren't doing value-add when it comes to real estate investing, you aren't actually investing.

The most successful people that I have heard on podcasts and met in real estate know that it is all about getting a single here and there and then going to get a homerun while doing those singles.
