If you're talking a roadside fleabag motel then most likely transients/homeless paying by the week.

If the farm sells via road side stand, then we will run the cables and put in a couple complementary free charging stations and customers get free "gas" while they shop for peppers, tomatoes, leeks, and hemp buds.China is going the path of Volvo... as they see that transportation electrification makes sense. 

@Charlie Fitzgerald  you do inspire me but its not the location for it. its not road side and its all trees. but i do like your idea and am hoping to with this land bring in some cash so i can buy a homestead and do some of what you suggest.

They're also going to begin allowing agritourism (meaning someone could have organic garden, vineyard in conjunction with some type of VR or B&B with roadside stand, or  ?

When we went through the place to view the rehab they had 9 mattresses (yes a family of 9) that were obviously picked up from the roadside or local dump.

I hear their radio commercial almost hourly - now they offer free lifetime roadside assistance to everyone, you aren't even suppose to be an allstate policyholder to claim it.
