You would put in $25k to own a property, fix it up, get a renter so that the property cash flows, then rework the loan with the bank so that they give you almost all the money back that you initially put in!

He is a small operation, and is geared towards creatively bringing the most value to spaces that need to be reworked, and I've been impressed with his attention to detail and portfolio of work so far.

We also changed the layout of the master bathroom to update it. 3. refinished floors, fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets, new shower, new tub, new tile work, new washer and dryer, reworked the layout.

I went to UM for law school, so a little familiar :) I still do FL RE work too.I like anything working class, so you can look inland or Doral or Hialeah? 

Reworking plumbing and electric are things I hadn’t considered.

Three things:1) After we moved when I was a child, my parents rented out our old house so I had seen RE work before.2) I am a mathematician and I'm compulsive about running the numbers, so I knew it was a good deal.3) I always knew that I wanted to get rich.

It’s not just the new meter but probably reworking the plumbing inside if it’s not perfectly split already.

Would you contact the lender to rework their note?
