They need to get a final inspection to close the mechanical and electrical inspection passed through the county on Fri.

Consider if a modified schedule would work (like Tue-Thurs in the new town), or if you could drive there and back Mon morn and Fri afternoon...not for long term, but just long enough to keep the occupancy a few months longer.  

I have it from local real estate attorney in my area that Texas Series LLC are particularly well suited to SFR investing, especially for "small fry".

We often find around here that "wood' trim from the early 90's is plastic fake wood.

I do not like the flimsy plastic wall surrounds.
