The warranty excludes standing water and plumbing leaks - this is probably the reason.So while I am impressed with how waterproof it is, this is a kitchen with dishwasher ina rental property, so we will go with LVP which I know is 100% waterproof as it's core is just plastic.

I've never dealt with Septic in a park, but plenty of experience on SFHs.My advise would be 1) Find out the age of the tanks 2) Find out the material they are made of (concrete or plastic) 3) Same for leach fields.Reasons being: Old concrete tanks are far more vulnerable and likely to fail soon....the newer plastic tanks will most likely cause you no problems for a long time.So if I personally were to find out that these tanks were all plastic, and <10 yrs old, I would barely even worry about this.

Andrew a quick clarification here....there are actually two related and distinct categories of units listed within City of SD; Companion units and Junior units....While the Junior units do require owner occupancy, the Companion units regs do not list that as being required.

We put on tyvek suits and opened the windows that worked , broke the glass on those that didnt , threw fans in the windows for 4 days before we went back in .( neighbors complained about the smell and the closest house was 50 ft away ) We made a pump system and used a new plastic trash can and sprayed with a garden hose over 100 gallons of a bleach , soap and water over floors , ceilings and walls just to sanitize as best we could .

Looking at maybe just doing a basic white plastic tub with a plastic surround.Flooring – I need to get about 300 to 400 square-foot of tile installed.Basic handyman and drywall work – it looks like there are a couple of areas where water pooled outside of the house, and a little bit seeped in, so some drywall needs to be replaced, and probably add some type of sealant to prevent the leaking in the future.I have already been looking through many of the forums and have found a lot of great information.

I insulated and they changed every bulb to LED, put plastic over windows and a bunch of other things.
