@Chris Bell Just to be the devils advocate...I see a lot of fishy-ness with this deal.

We’d be among the very few renting a 5 bedroom so we can’t exactly wait around for that perfect family who will love the “vintage-ness”.

However if Seattle is a "10" on the relative scale of worse-ness then the next worst is maybe a "5".   

@Jon Schwartz pardon my newbie ness, how is the 1% or 2% cash on cash calculated.

@Blake Van Ness  I recently applied with both Discover and SoFi personal loans. 

Also depends on the age of the house as to the expectation of waterproof-ness.
