I believe they meet once and sometimes twice a month at a coffee shop here in town.

They seem to be electronic brokers that will shop for insurance in a pool of carriers.

Take the cushions to an upholstery shop and see if they can add some cushioning to them, probably by wrapping them in batting.

Loads of information on the forums and BP tools for you to expand your knowledge or find just about anything.I am on the lending side of things and am always happy to talk shop with investors looking to learn more about financing options out there, even if not in my resource pool.  

Then start shopping for houses, don't engage in FOMO or real estate agent pressure. 

You can try to shop with other lenders but you need money in reserves and for closing costs.

It was all really quick, and the time to complete everything happened a lot faster than I expected (which was a good thing).I was worried at first that I had to use all the partners that Rent to Retirement had, but it was really easy for me to shop around for different lenders with different terms and rates, insurance providers, and property management company.

I tried shopping around but no one would take me since I had a sewer collapse claim last spring.

Or... the other nice thing about these accounts is that you could also shop CD rates.
