Only other initial question I'll leave here is that I'm looking for REI mentors and hope to find a few on BP willing to share a few gold nuggets to those willing to slog it out in the mines the smart or hard way.

This is where the true opportunities are.Detroit, starting with Downtown is experiencing a massive redevelopment, at this point its no longer a secret. 

I'm overall neutral on the program and never intentionally go after JUST section 8 tenants.Anyway, there's a ton to unpack here about S8 and Detroit in general.Happy to share some resources if you'd like.
