I would try to address the legitimate ones - water pressure could be a misadjusted/malfunctioning pressure reducing valve, for example - and ignore everything else.

Especially if you recently had work done on it and your tenants suspect that the a/c is the culprit.That is a good point to make - if the AC has a condensate pump, they can malfunction with the float inside the pump getting stuck and never rising - if float fails to rise, then the pump never kicks in to discharge the accumulated condensate liquid.
