One thing though is that there are requirements coming into effect soon where wholesalers will need to get their license in PA for any properties that they wholesale, so you might want to look into that before it becomes official!  

I am purchasing STR insurance and have all licenses, but if something happened would HOA cover outside costs.

Following this as I have my license as well in a similar boat.

I am currently going to community college as well as in the process of getting my real estate license.

I did all of mine several months ago as they are single member LLC;s and I already have to go through fingerprinting, background checks for my NMLS license as well as audited financials for our fund.

I'm 44, a licensed barber, and own the first house I ever bought outright.
