I'm definitely in that real estate honeymoon phase where I'm networking hard, scouring deals, and reading anything I can get my hands on.

Some you cannot resolve and that is when you realize the honeymoon is over and you need an expensive divorce attorney and partnership breakups can be more painful that a divorce.What happens when Partner A wants out and Partner B can't get the cash to pay so they dump the property for a flea market price.

Certainly unexpected--and I expect is a bit of a "honeymoon." 

(in fairness, I make age exceptions all the time, for couples celebrating a honeymoon or anniversary, etc but I sure as heck am not going to do it for 10 adults!)
