I've noted a few things that need to be fixed up, but I was hoping I could get some input on what you would fix up in order to get a decent tenant.Some things I noted: Fixing the patch of tiling that is missing in one of the bedrooms, getting the grime of the first shower cleaned up, and installing a holder for the handheld shower head in the second shower.Any help would be much appreciated!

He seems exceptionally personable and I feel he explains things in a far more step by step manner than any other podcast that I have listened to (some of us need our hand held a little more than others ......ie. .....me) Just curious if anyone has experience with these 1 acre (turn-key) coffee parcels that are in his advertisements and how lucrative they are??.

You can use a small hand held to test an unseen area if needed,,,just to check how deep scratches might be.One tip might be getting a couple,,, three tools of choice going next to one another working in unison and it may come up in big sheets
