I everyone......I have been listening to the Keith Weinhold podcast for about a week now.  He seems exceptionally personable and I feel he explains things in a far more step by step manner than any other podcast that I have listened to (some of us need our hand held a little more than others ......ie. .....me) Just curious if anyone has experience with these 1 acre (turn-key) coffee parcels that are in his advertisements and how lucrative they are??.
