You close with seller A and no money changes hands, then 2 minutes later you close with buyer b....He/she gives you a check and that check is given to the title company to pay off the transaction with seller A...Then you leave with a big $hit eating grin on your face with the difference between the two sales...These are getting more difficult to do if you don't have cash buyers....Hope this helps

I admit it is a hard sell especially when you are an Intermediary Rep as I am in the large $5M+ arena, but as a direct seller of smaller Bulk REO Portfolios it is sometimes just as hard to find buyers.Anyway I think I'll pick up your Bulk REO Secrets end of the month just for grins.

*grins Just be aware that could possibly affect your resale value down the road.From what I have seen (I toured a modular home plant near Elkhart, IN) and read in various trade magazines, modular homes are very well built, surpassing stick built homes in many cases due to a controlled climate and environment during manufacturing.
