I'm looking at past rent history, utility payments, criminal history, hygiene, attitude, and if they show up on time.

I have worked with severely depressed individuals who are debilitated to the point where they cannot even perform daily personal hygiene, feed themselves, let alone go to school or perform their work duties.

Please I have nothing against these 2 individuals but am I being ridiculed because I am a feminine female????

When/if  my plumber assesses the situation and says "Tenant has been putting paper towels/feminine products/cooking oil in the  sink or toilet.

Plumbers have done everything from replacing the line to snake the clean out with no luck, but feminine products (specifically tampons) are pulled out of the drain and numerous calls to the city who in the previous 2-3 visits denied where their pipe responsibility starts.

Often times for the major clogs it'll be something like grease poured down the drain, food shoved through the kitchen sink (we don't do garbage disposals) or feminine products that were flushed.

This pattern causes hygiene concerns for the rest of the tenants.
