If it's a conventional lender and non-occupied, the short answer is probably not...I think BoA was dong non-occupied HELOCs but the terms were not good...low LTV's and high loan costs and interest rates (comparatively speaking)...if its a FHA foreclosure and you are living in it, yes...or using 203k, but that has limitations...What's the plan?
