I come from a background of sales with Comcast and a "ambulance chaser" working with chiropractic offices marketing their services to car accident victims.

Of course, they are just general practitioners and not experts in real estate per say.

I too am having a hard time finding a suitable major(was Pre-Chiropractic.)

I like overseeing and being involved, but I also believe in letting skilled practitioners do what they do best.

Wouldn't exactly draw in a quality tenant wanting to make a great impression on their customers.What about a chiropractic office?

The trick is knowing when to stop manipulating data, just because you can doesn't mean you really need to.Like Law, Accounting is an art and science, there is a judgment call by good practitioners as to how far or how deep one needs to go to yield a more desirable outcome.

You've just got to make sure your doctor is a qualified practitioner rather than a snake oil salesman.
