Has anyone on BP bought a cemetery before?

BTW, know anyone who wants to buy a cemetery in suburban Pittsburgh? 

(In 1912 San Francisco even passed an ordinance evicting all existing cemeteries from city limits due to the shortage of land).

I am actually looking at a few homes located on Lombard east of Patterson Park and just south of the Hebrew Friendship Cemetery.

or maybe i'll buy in a different area, or a different class of property (maybe very large MFR) or something like notes, trailer parks, self-storage of even something way out there like cemeteries or elder care facilities.  

When my husband first called me and told me about them, I freaked out thinking the shed was on top of some old cemetery and we were desecrating gravesites...turns out they were lying flat and being used as blocks to prop up the shed (like you would use pavers).

(B) "Real estate" includes leaseholds as well as any and every interest or estate in land situated in this state, whether corporeal or incorporeal, whether freehold or nonfreehold, and the improvements on the land, but does not include cemetery interment rights.

LOL it's within city limits on Maiden near the cemetery. 

(Also side note it's near a cemetery but the price was too good to pass up on).

Also, the property is near a cemetery (just wanted to throw that in as an FYI).
