Although the nightlife and culture (museums/food/music) was a great and calming change from the busy metro area, I felt isolated.

I'm actually very calm. 

To piggyback on what most of the others are saying, stay calm... a tenant being a day or two late when they have a five-day grace period is nothing compared to some of the challenges that you will face.

Hopefully, that discussion you had with him was the just to calm you down and con you.

As an LP in a syndication with two (let's call them) identical offerings in terms of asset type, business plan, submarket, asset size, projected returns, fees, waterfall, etc.

When I've met the dog in person, it's very calm and nice; it just seems to bark a lot when its owner is not home.

We are also living in an extremely extended period of relative calm in this country without major upheaval.
