I'm not saying all PM's do this, but some do...What motivates you as a PM to go the extra mile for a property they are managing when they get a percent every month? 

I actually tried to beg the city to let us sell it to the fire dept to burn it down for "training". 

Everything else in their screening was great and they agreed to extra deposit.

And if you have a closet handy, nothing wrong with having a foam mattress topper rolled up for some extra comfort on the sleeper sofa.

Hey @Guang Yang, no need to use any kind of extra stuff for a single unit like @Patricia Andriolo-Bull said.Just use the built in tools on VRBO and AirBNB and you will do just fine.

Yes the Class feature Cost a bit extra which is a bummer bet the support for it is amazing, and it is easy to allow access for Tax Accountants to pull the reports they need rather than my clients playing middleman.
