I prefer tax defaults since I've personally found NODs and NTS are bombarded with other competition.

Jerome,Just a heads up if you go to LT you will be bombarded with call from a ton of people basically trying to only pull your credit and make an offer prior to approval and in most cases an unlocked rate offer.

I had initially planned to select an application from the 10 who had tour the home but I got bombarded with applications from people who didn't tour in attempts to jump the line.

I tried to rent by room and got bombarded with bad leads.

I was bombarded by questions that led me to believe she was acting very shady. 

I have done this before and I have been getting bombarded with calls/emails asking me to go forward with my "new policy" and no matter what I say..these guys keep calling.

Most homes get bombarded with letters from agents and investors saying they want to buy there house.
