We recently purchased an old Victorian house in Bay Area, built in 1901.

It was fully updated/remodeled in 2015, is ~3000 sq ft (old Victorian), it currently cash flows ~$400 per month, and I have about $250k of equity in it. 

I also worked in the university writing center both during my schooling and a little post graduation, so I'm fair on the English end (so long as I'm using a full size screen and a real keyboard- thumbs and tiny letters do me no favors).I have worked off and on in home repair/renovation for family for most of my life (houses ranging from new construction to a 160 year old victorian).

There is a property in my Village I am interested in that has a 3000 square ft Victorian and 2 small out buildings.

Dear Colleagues,I need help with a spreadsheet or some calculator for distributing utility bills among tenants in my 8 unit building This is an old victorian multifam and there is just no way to sub meter these units.Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.

I am not from your area  and did a quick zillow search that yielded a few old Victorian houses that definitely need a lot of work but could showcase your skills and in the meantime have a lot of rental potential if properly refurbished.
