It's totally possible that they either  (a) buyers/seller are appropriately scared and prices reflect the actual risk or (b) sellers of hotel real estate aren't particularly spooked by coronavirus and, combined with low interest rates + institutional "dry powder."

its a total scam.. very typical of scam lenders  lots of back and forth just need this or that.. send more money  LOL.. you can send the money but its gone and you will never get a loan  they are just crooks hanging out in the carib or Ukraine or some were in Africa and maybe the middle east .. hopefully you have not sent to much already.
