"Peirce the veil" is much like thrusting in fencing passing through the armor and into your opponent for the kill. the armor is your legal entity to protect you against claims, this veil of protection only covers you if you wear it properly.

The key is to try to get their buy-in to the rent increase so they feel they contributed to the decision and the end result of how much they are paying, and not just that the increase was thrust upon them.

We will start slow but eventually intent for this to be a main, if not the main, thrust of our income.

I don’t feel it’s appropriate to thrust myself into the mix because: 1.) that’s what I pay the PM to do, 2.)

Also, the thrust of the meeting will be determining where we are in our real estate careers and moving each other forward.

The cold hard reality is that for some (not all) people, they are thrust into a situation where they need to sell their home FSBO and do not know what else to do other than put a sign in the yard and run a Craigslist ad.I've spent 18 years as a Licensed Realtor® and Investor who "wholesales" them, and teaches other agents how to do it.  

Essentially the entire thrust behind the program is designed to saturate the U.S. territories and Canada with as many students as possible to extract profits as far and wide as possible down the funnel of the program.

So how are we going to make the best out of this situation where we are thrust together without much say in the matter?
