What experiences do you have at your rei club?

Hi all, I'm going to my very first REIA meeting today here in Milwaukee and wanted to know from you guys, what if any have your experiences been at yours? I'm going to network with other local investors and build a buyers list as I am just starting out in wholesaling. Was going to start out bird dogging but have read at a few places to just go all out and do wholesaling as the only difference is the negotiating and forms.
