Alex Hi Alex,I have connected with few but I put my submission on hold, because I was told that my written submission was impressive and well-prepared, but it needs to give the Readers Digest version. 

The agent proceeded to provide only three pictures of the facility (exterior main entrance, kitchen of one unit, and the backyard) and relayed that I can only perform a walk-through upon the submission of a Letter of Intent.Is it common to supply a LOI prior to seeing the units in an MFH? 

They did an awesome job submitting my applications, explaining the follow up that needed to be done by me and extending my term as the first submissions of credit applications where denied (I had just sold my place and didn't know that you had to have 2 years at your current place or I could have used old address and just forward it).Any questions I had were always answered, I learned so much about how to obtain credit even AFTER you are denied! 

And we do, "hey sorry that submission was rough around the edges, thanks for working with me on that one condition, I'll try to get you an easy one next time."

I do not see a phone number, only a "contact us" submission form.  

You need to spend $10s of thousands if not $100s on drawings elevations civil engineers planners before you pay the plan submission fees to get in the door and they can say no or you need to make amendments that cost more $$$

Even tolerated multiple delays in submission of documents by sellers.  

Conventus says they can close in 5 days from submission of a full package whatever that is.Like @Randy Thomason said, private lending, for these types of loans, is the way to go.
