But I would take a harder look into strawberry mansion.

A couple of years ago I bought strawberries in Watsonville, flew home to MO 2 days later and bought strawberries at the grocery store (shipped from Watsonville) for $1/basket less than I paid in CA.

I grew up in North Philadelphia and spent a great deal of time in neighborhoods like Francisville, Brewerytown, and Strawberry Mansion. 

Since we're on the subject, in North Philadelphia, here are some of the neighborhoods within: Swampoodle, Strawberry Mansion, Stanton, North Philadelphia, Brewerytown, Allegheny East, Allegheny West, Hunting Park, Tioga, Nicetown, Temple, North Philadelphia West, North Philadelphia East, Glenwood, Lehigh.

Much of Brewerytown is past up and coming in my book, so I'd look to up into Strawberry Mansion.

As Strawberry Mansion has slowly become a new favorite area for investors, Nicetown may experience more of that spillover.
