Odds of finding a 10% down lender in any market (let alone the one we are in) are slim. 15% is the absolute max that we see out there in the DSCR space now.

@Uendy Garcia in general $30k projected profit is pretty slim.  

In essence, less than 20% (of the commonly-held-average) ARV is a slim margin, and you should justify it according to your experience and comfort.

Rental information for this area is slim and I'm not sure how many people are looking to rent out homes in this area.Thanks!
