And of course it has worked incredibly well on the money raising side.. what I see happening is a very natural progression with someone who has the visibility and popularity as Brandon.. it takes a huge support staff and fulfillment team to create what we are seeing.I think you are on to something.I think Brandon's role is not necessarily to find the deal or to manage the deal.

Besides, Lorrie Morgan was no Patty Loveless or even Pam Tillis :P And I liked her husband better anyway; frankly, if he hadn't died I don't think anyone would even know who Lorrie Morgan I agree that Lorrie was not the natural talent that Patty was (best ever, IMHO), but she did have a pretty serious voice.....helps to have a famous and successful Dad and go on the Grand Ole Opry at age 13 !!

And, because flips are already risky enough I don't want to add more risk.So, again, while the numbers are theoretically true, if you are doing that kind of volume, you are by nature becoming less selective.

The tenant in common nature of the ownership would tell me that you would only be related to your mother in laws portion at the most.
