Right  now  there is one @auction.com that is going to start bidding in North side of Lake Okeechobee give it a look'  I'm looking at it too I think it would make a great medium income Mobile Home Park for retirees who want to go fishing in Lake Okeechobee. 

I am located in Western, North Carolina, right outside of Asheville.

South End is great for appreciation-driven investors who want to be close to the action.NoDa (North Davidson): The artsy vibe and walkability have made NoDa a magnet for young professionals, driving appreciation in this district.Kannapolis: Known for ongoing revitalization projects, Kannapolis is positioned for appreciation.

I grew up in North Florida so I have a lot of family, friends and business contacts in that area.  

You see a house on google street view, bid like there is a house there, and you bid your $50,000 minimum bid up to $100,000 for your $200,000 house. 

Plus the street isn't a busy one.  

Right now there's huge concentration, but as this continues to build out and we see north of the high 30s GW by 10 years from now it'll be almost a requirement to keep some type of locality based risk assessment and to diversify. 

I've been researching and viewing properties throughout the South end area and a little bit on the North end. 

Although I will venture north if need be.
