If I were to invest in the Oregon area I'd look for something in the vacation areas or I'd even be interested in some rentals close to the Nike, Inc. headquarters.

Jacqueline,In my humble opinion if what is holding you back from starting your business is a legal entity verse doing business as yourself then take the Nike stance and "Just Do It".

Four things I can tell you is educate yourself, network, kick fear to the curb and like Nike says "just do it"!!

@Meena Balaji Those three cities are good for investment properties since you have two major employers in the area, Intel and Nike.

The only way to overcome that is to be like nike and just do it!
