When starting out as a wholesaler should I create a business or use my legal name?

Hello, I new to the real estate area, I was currently learning about wholesalers and how to start with no money. Well, I had a question that I didn't see a lot of, Would I be able to wholesale a house under my legal name or do I have to apply for a business license and use my business name? I know it would look more professional but I am working on limited funds. Thank you.
