I like click2mail a lot, but sometimes their interface locks up.

The online interface is user friendly and you can get access to your money fairly quickly if you need it.

I'm currently paying $63/mo for 7 listings.I also tried out http://beyondpricing.com which has a really nice interface and seems to have a good finger on the pulse of local events.

It provides an intuitive interface and a powerful calculation engine, which would be very costly for us to duplicate.But to make a tool that is both powerful and usable means we have to do a lot more that is not visible to the user as part of the familiar Excel skin.

Is your program fetching data files from the site or is it an automated script that performs the human functions of clicking on the website interface to pull out the data?

That being said, larger players like List Source, etc. probably pay the county a fee for accessing their interface and quite possibly are given a different interface to use so they don't disrupt the website / interface meant for the general public.

It was acquired by CoStar last week, so I imagine that the interface and some features will be changing soon.By the way, if you are looking for accounting software, I recommend checking into Quickbooks Online.
