DoorLoop or RentRedi?

Amelia Cooper
Posted

I am finally ready to rent my units!! I've gone back and forth with using a PM vs self manage and for now, landed on self-manage. I have two furnished MTR's. What property management software do you prefer, RentRedi or DoorLoop?

Doorloop is better than RentRedi, but there are at least 10 other options.

The mistake many make is NOT taking the proper amount of time to learn how to use whatever software they select. Everyone wants instant gratification:(

Same applies to newbies and real estate investing in general.
