@Francisco Lopez I would challenge anyone to show me better returns for the time and money from any channel other than Adwords.

I manage PPC ads for investors and I would love to hear from you guys any advice on ways to go about advertising to investors.Currently I'm running placements ads on BiggerPockets.com through Adwords, with a Facebook remarketing campaigns following those who click the ad.

I buy traffic from Google Adwords and find distressed homeowners looking to sell fast.  

It's probably worth enough money to pay for more Google AdWords, or some freelance social media people to get your word out.

I am working in a Development called Il Lago and would like to ask you guys how do you feel about offshore investments, because I'm planning on launching a Google Ad words Campaign. 

I am interested if anyone in the property management business has successfully used any of the new "receivable advance" financing groups out there like Fundbox - Kabbage etc.I have used Fundbox with my online marketing/data management company to help onboard larger corporate clients that want me to upfront fund their Adwords spend.  

I run a PPC agency (we manage both Adwords and Facebook ads, among others), so my advice when going to upwork for this service is not to find the cheapest person.

If you are trying to drive traffic to your website or to book with you direct, I would not advise using google ad words.

@Phillip Schaeffer - Google AdWords really isn't too hard to learn and I am sure there are some free video classes you can take to learn how to set it up.
